| Function | Public Sector Workplace Relations provides advice to Government and Directorates on whole of government workplace relations matters. This includes advice on ACT Public Service (ACTPS) wage policy, industrial relations dispute policy and enterprise agreement negotiation strategy. Public Sector Workplace Relations also provides ad hoc advice and interpretation on ACTPS enterprise agreement and industrial award content. Public Sector Workplace Relations negotiates common terms and conditions aspects of all ACTPS and Legislative Assembly Members’ Staff (LAMS) enterprise agreements for Government and also undertakes the secretariat function to the ACTPS and Unions’ Joint Council. |
