| Function | The Business Support Section team provides the ACTPG with a whole of business view of its operations and enhances decision making through strong financial management, provision of accounting services, reporting and internal IT development, pricing and business analysis. The Section focuses on creating business efficiencies through reduced duplication of effort and building cross functional business knowledge. The Business Support Section has responsibility for the implementation and administration of the ACTPG Quality Management System, including management of the Quality Management System Assurance Accreditation for the Property Project and Services Section, Workplace Health and Safety Management processes and financial and administrative transactions in the Group. |
