Function  Goods & Services Procurement is responsible for the following areas:

Goods & Services Procurement – manage the procurement process, in consultation with ACT Government agencies, for all ACT Government Goods & Services Procurements that are high risk or over $200,000.00;

Simple Procurement – provides advice and maintains the Buying Goods & Services website dedicated to providing ACT Government agencies with the tools, templates and knowledge of simple, low risk procurement with a value less than $200,000.00;

Tenders ACT - Manages, maintains and provides support for the use of the Territory's Electronic Tendering System (ETS). Advertising and closing tenders, publishing advanced tender notices and advising industry of upcoming industry briefings and pre-tender consultations and other important notices. Goods and Services also manages the Territory's Contracts Register, notifying and publishing contracts with a value of $25,000 and greater onto the register on behalf of Directorates.

Whole of Government – implements and manages the aggregated supply arrangements established to service ACT Government agencies for large spend and widely used Goods & Services.
